As a former college basketball player and veteran, I've spent my life in motion—and I understand firsthand how important it is to keep our bodies strong, capable, and resilient as we age.

I'm an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer and Nutritional Coach who believes movement is medicine. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve balance, manage stress, or feel more confident in your body, I'm here to guide you.
